2020 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTIONS
INVITATION TO JOIN THE ELECTION COMMITTEE (Need 3 MEMBERS - Who are not Directors)

The Industrial Environmental Coalition/Orange County (IEC/OC) Bylaws require that three members of the Board of Directors be elected each year and the maximum number of Board Members is nine. We are getting ready to conduct elections for this year and are looking to form an Election Committee, which will consist of at least two (2) directors and three (3) Business members who are not Directors. We already have two Directors - James Westbrook and D.S.R.K. Srinvias, and are looking for 3 Business Members (who are not Directors) to be on the Election Committee.
If you or anyone from your company would like to join the Election Committee, please respond to this email or write to dsrk@aqc-inc.com expressing your interest along with your contact details by Tuesday, October 6, 2020, 5:30 pm. Please note that your company should be an active member of IEC/OC in order for you to be eligible to be on this Committee.
