Presentation Summary:
Please join IEC/OC for an in-person event where we will network and focus on the "New and Changing Air Quality Regulations."
Specific Topics Include:
- Expanded Applicability and Implementation of CARB’s Criteria and Toxics Reporting Program;
- Update on RECLAIM Sunsetting;
- Amendments to Rules 1147 & 1147.2 for NOx Reductions from Miscellaneous Sources and Metal Melting and Heating Furnaces;
- Rule 1134 NOx emission reductions from stationary gas turbines; and
- Approved Rule 2305 – the Warehouse Indirect Source – Warehouse Actions and Investments to Reduce Emissions (WAIRE) Program.
